The absolute best company to hire castles from. Friendly staff and not to mention Ricky is a big boy and some eye candy if you enjoy muscles. I recommend you deck out your next event with their slushy machines or even a bucking bull like we did.

I had a really nice experience with these guys from the moment I called they were so helpful with getting my little girls birthday to be exactly what she allways wanted the most fun on inflatables she had the best birthday thank you again guys! Really appreciated!

Unlike the other party hire people we dealt with last year, these guys were punctual and well mannered. Not perfect but they've been more than helpful making sure the bouncy castle and other party equipment we hired were set up properly and safely. Mind you, they party equipment were clean too😊

Hired the mechanical bull for a 21st birthday party. A great experience overall and good value for money, with a excellent employee as the operator who was very easy to get along with and professional in keeping everyone safe.

MCH did an amazing job I booked them last second for a family function due to another company canceled for no reason. Was easy to talk to and helpful from driver before delivery and setup younger family members had a great time and quick and efficient pack up highly recommend

All I can say is thank goodness for Melbourne Castle Hire because they saved my sons 1st birthday.

My sons original party location fell through and a day before his party I was stuck with no entertainment for 30 kids.
I called Melbourne Castle Hire and Cindy was incredible. I was able to get a jumping castle delivered the next day.

Service was incredible and pricing is fabulous. I will definitely use these guys again and have recommend you to all the parents that were at the party who were also impressed at the quality.

I hired the 5x5m Minions castle for my sons 3rd birthday party on the weekend and could not be happier. Everything was easy and smooth from booking to drop off, set up and pick up and the kids all LOVED it. From 2 to 10 years old they all played all day. The adults may have had a bounce or two at the end too ;)

Thanks to Hayley for her help in organising a castle & bubble machine for me. Was a scare when my nephew got really sick a day before his party. Hayley & Warwick were a great support in postponing the hire & rescheduling when my nephew was better and the party went ahead. The kid's & few adults (myself haha) thoroughly enjoyed it. I hired a slushie machine for my dads 60th.
Excellent communication and customer service. The machine was simple to use and the tropical and lime flavors were delicious. 10/10 will use again

I had a company cancel last minute and called these guys who were beyond helpful and were able to get me a jumping castle for my son's birthday. They were so helpful and nice. Can't recommend them more

Melbourne Castle hire I highly recommend I rang few places for my son's birthday and found Melbourne Castle hire was cheapest the staff was so nice delivery was amazing everything was set for me they was friendly I live Doncaster area hiring kept me in my budget my son and his friends and family enjoyed the birthday party I have recommended Melbourne Castle hire to others who wanted water slide or Jumpin Castle they even have stuff for adult party will be calling for my own birthday to hire .. thank Youse again :)

Thank you to Melbourne Castle Hire again for their outstanding customer service and quailty products! We hired sumo suits, foosball tables, air hockey tables, a fairy floss machine, popcorn machine and made daiquiris with a slushie machine for my sister's 21st Birthday, and all products were excellent quality and in great condition. Cindy and Hayley both made the hire process so easy from start to finish. Ricky was punctual and set up in amazing time. Such lovely people, I can't wait to work with them both again. I will highly recommend Melboure Castle Hire at all my family and friends!
