Q: whats the best way to book?
A: the quickest and easiest way is to book online. simply Find the items that you love the most and click the book online button. in the checkout process it will ask what surface the castle will be placed on (grass, concrete, asphalt, fake grass, floor boards and carpet. all are OK!). you can then select the delivery and collection times, or even overnight 🥳
Q: how do I know if the item available?
A: once you have selected the items it will show what dates are available. if it says that it is, then it is 😁😁
Q: Can we put the items on concrete?
A: Yes, we can place the items on grass, concrete, asphalt, fake grass, floor boards, carpet and any other surface.
Q:How do you secure the Inflatable?
A: We use VERY large pegs when we are able to put them onto grass, gravel and dirt or any other surface we can penetrate through.
On surfaces the cannot be pegged we use heavy weighted sand bags. we have not had a single jumping castle blow away in our 11 years of operation

A: we Hire our jumping castle for a max day hire of 5 hours with the earliest time being 10am-3pm and our latest time 2pm-7pm. if you need anything longer or later just select the overnight option.

A: Yes, jumping castles can be safe for children as long as they are used properly and supervised by responsible adults.
Q: Do you Have full Public Liability Insurance?
A: YES we are Melbourne larges jumping castle business and have complete insurance. if you need a copy please contact us so we can send you a copy
Q: Can I set up a jumping castle myself?
A: No, as it requires proper knowledge and equipment to be insured and maximize safety. we provide delivery, set up, pack down and pick up services for our jumping castles.
Q: How far in advance should I book a jumping castle rental?
A: It is recommended to book a jumping castle rental at least a few weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and weekends. most people book around 3 weeks in advance. but as I always tell people, the best way to guarantee the castle you want is to book as early as possible
Q: What happens if it going to rain on the day of my event?
A:All of our jumping castles are still usable in the rain, some water will still get inside but nothing will break. alternatively we offer a free reschedule on all our items as long as it is at least 7 days before the event.
